Background Check and Reference Verification

We will conduct a background check and verify your references. Once you've completed Steps 1 and 2, you will then be eligible to be matched with a room provider.

Match Process

We will review our roster to find potential matches for you. If we identify suitable provider, we will notify you and share their information.

Review and Home Visit

You can approve or reject the referrals provided. If both parties are interested, we will arrange a group virtual meeting. If both parties wish to proceed after the meeting, a home visit will be scheduled. If otherwise, we will restart the matching process.

Rental Trial Period

If both parties agree, you will enter a rental trial period, typically lasting a few days.

6

Final Decision and Agreement

After the trial period, both parties will decide whether to proceed or not. If both agree, ALA will help draft a rental agreement. If either party decides not to proceed, we will restart the matching process.
